Import and Personal Use

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return or refund within 10 days of delivery, only under the following conditions:

To qualify for a return:

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers must contact our support team and receive return authorization before sending any product back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

This is the official and exclusive return address for all refunds and returns. Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been delivered to and inspected at this address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the return package is properly shipped and delivered. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
